Should you be unable to attend your booking, please email at least 24hrs prior to your session start.  
We will offer an alternative date for your purchase.  This may be a similar or different session, which may incur an additional cost and may be in a different location.  
In the event that the session is cancelled, you will be offered an alternative.   Should you not wish to accept the alternative session, a refund is acceptable.
